Before you begin to cook, your utensils should be clean. If there is any food left on the dish after you wash it, it could contaminate the next dish you use it in. This could lead to problems from bacteria being spread.

I too used to be one of the ‘fast cookers’ who worked away from home. During those years I probably used my crock pot two or three times a year. We also ate way more fast-food in those days than we do now. Running around like I did from job to home to kid activity, it’s a wonder we weren’t malnourished. Dominoes did a very brisk business on our street as well.

Fold up table – we have found this to be a crucial part of our camping. We use it for meal prep recipes, holding other camping equipment, place to gather at meal time and can place items off the ground at night on it.

First of all don’t feed your temptation. Put last rights lasagna or fettuccine out of sight and put some healthier lighter picks up front in plain view. Take fruits and veggies out of the crisper and move them to the front lines. Prepare them by washing, cutting and putting them in see through containers. Place them at eye level in your refrigerator so they are easy to grab.

9-I don’t hand wash my dishes too often since I have a dishwasher but when i do, I add 1 tablespoon of baking soda to the dish water. It cleans the dishes better and is great for your hands.
